Returns & Exchanges
If for some reason your purchase doesn’t work out, we accept returns within 7 days for exchange or refund. Please contact us for any questions or requests.
All items must be unused and in new condition. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Any custom orders, all furniture, all rugs, sale items, and lighting are not returnable.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note, some of our products are vintage items. This makes them one of a kind and slightly imperfect, just how we like it! Our vintage items are thoroughly inspected and meet our high quality standards. Condition is already reflected in price.

Shipping / Deliveries
At this time we are only shipping/delivering to locations in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. If you are located outside of Grand Cayman please contact us for inquiries.
Delivery of items including large furniture is delivered to the main entrance, porch, garage or driveway. Label C is not responsible for any damage to products after delivery.
It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the BOL or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us immediately. Label C will accept responsibility for defective or damaged product if determined to be a manufacturing or quality issue.
Any item in stock will be delivered within 2 business days upon payment processed. Business days consist of Monday through Friday excluding Cayman Islands public holidays.

Home accessories are typically in stock while furniture, lighting, and rugs are ordered on demand.

Upon payment confirmation any item in stock will be delivered within 2 business days. Lead times vary depending on manufacturer stock, shipping time from manufacturer to freight forwarder, as well as Cayman Islands Customs processing time.
Can I modify or add items to an order that has been placed?
If we have not shipped your original order out, please place an additional order so that we can combine both shipments.
How do I create a gift registry?

Does my gift card expire?
Your gift card is valid up to 12 months from purchase date.
