All payments are processed and collected at the time of order placement, regardless of lead time or back order dates. Please note, we will not be able to make any edits or adjustments to your order once they have been placed. While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, Label C cannot accept liability for delays caused by the manufacturers, suppliers, shipping partners, customs, third parties, or circumstances beyond our control. All custom and special orders require a 100% deposit and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If your project is too small for our Full Design Services, we offer a complementary Design Concierge Service through our boutique shop, where you can sit down with one of our team to help finish your space with furniture and decor pieces. Please email sales@labelcdesigns.com for more information.

By purchasing Label C furniture, you agree to all Label C purchasing terms. Label C furniture is final sale. It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately measure their space and account for furniture sizing before placing their order. Our customer service team will answer any additional questions. Before our delivery team arrives, please prepare your home by creating a clear path and removing any furniture, artwork, or other items that may get in the way of the delivery. Please note: Our delivery personnel are not able to move existing furniture within your home. All furniture is inspected upon the completion of production and again upon departure from Label C warehouse to the customer. We kindly ask that you inspect the piece upon arrival and notify Label C of any damages within 48 hours of delivery. Label C is not responsible for any damage to orders delivered to a location that varies from the physical address of where the furniture will be placed. If delivered to a third-party warehouse or needs to be moved after the piece has been placed and signed for, you accept all responsibility. Please note that we are unable to hold any furniture items for delivery at a later date. We kindly ask that you be ready to accept delivery at the time you place your order. For furniture purchased through our Interior Design Services, shipping costs will be determined at the time of purchase with your designer.

We highly recommend to hire your interior designer right as you start working with an architect on the conceptual design of your house project. We work with the architect to space plan and make sure the home flows and is cohesive throughout by doing additional drawings based on the architect’s general plans that are submitted for permits.
