Refunds & Returns

It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately measure their space and account for furniture sizing before placing their order. Furnishings ordered specifically for the project cannot be refunded. For stock purchases, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to the refund. All returns must be submitted in like-new condition including original packaging. A quality control review will be completed to determine the above.

All shipping, delivery and processing fees are industry standard and in keeping with the Terms outlined by Cayman Islands Government Customs and Boarder Control. They are non-refundable and non-negotiable. All in-stock lighting fixtures, accessories, and hardware purchased at our retail location are eligible to be returned in good condition, for store credit, within 7 days with proof of purchase. All bedding, linens, and rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable. All custom and special-order products require a 100% deposit and are non-refundable and non-returnable. Sale items are not eligible for return.

Delivery

Delivery is available upon request at an additional charge unless stated otherwise. Upon purchase, we will make arrangements for your shipment/delivery. Please note that lead times are simply an estimate and your items may arrive sooner or later than what's projected. Quality is always at top of mind, which is why furniture is inspected upon the completion of production and again upon departure from our warehouse. We kindly ask that you inspect the piece upon arrival and notify Label C of any damages within 48 hours of delivery. If there are no damages upon receipt, the receiver will be asked to sign for the order before the driver leaves. Please note that we are unable to hold any furniture orders for delivery at a later time. Label C accepts no liability for loss or damage to goods or materials in the event deliveries or installations are delayed or canceled for reasons outside of its control.
