Flecked Ivory Bottle Lamp

Tall and expertly thrown, this classic cylindrical shaped lamp features a tall body and a bottle-neck top. Offered in a flecked ivory white glaze this stoneware lamp is handmade in California, and comes with an ivory linen shade and twisted brown cloth cord.  Shape, size  and finish may vary slightly with each edition due to the unpredictable nature of studio pottery. 

Victoria Morris has been making pottery for more than 20 years. She is inspired in part by mid-century Scandinavian forms and traditional Japanese craftsmanship, and the varied environments of her native city of Los Angeles. Victoria's work is a study in simplicity and clean design. Without eliminating the qualities that reveal 'the hand' in handmade ceramics, she embraces the subtle, random imperfections inherent to traditional pottery.
